By accessing and using Leaner App's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Leaner App provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Cloud solutions and migration
• UI/UX design services
• DevOps and automation

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Leaner App and its licensors.

Ownership

• All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and text belong to Leaner App
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission
• Client projects are governed by separate agreements specifying intellectual property rights

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content to create or compile a collection
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
• Make improper use of our support services
• Engage in any automated use of the system
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Leaner App be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

No Warranty

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, including that the services will operate error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Survival

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Bielefeld, Germany.
